My name is May I am eight years old and I go to Makaraka School. ️ My friends are Malia and Molly and We all like animals . I have 4 people in my family. Me my dad, Jamie, my mum, Katie, and my brother PJ. Also, 5 fish: Goldie, Salt, Pepper, Goggles and Gilda, and 2 dogs: Boots and Jazz . My favourite subject is reading books.
My favourite sports are Netball and Hockey. I enjoy art and creating my own paintings. At the moment I am reading the Margaret Mahy books. I like running and my favourite thing of all is reading books. My challenge this year is doing a speech in front of the class I’m a bit shy.
My Dad inspires me by learning about caring for animals and my Mum inspires me by learning about the environment and caring for it. This year my goal is to do a good science project. This year I feel a bit more confident sharing my ideas.
