My Positive Story

 Hi,

This is my positive story I worked really hard and I hope you like it. It shows what I have done and achieved this year. This is my last year at Makaraka school and I will miss it. Makraka helped me with lots of things I wasn't great at and things I could get better at.

 

I Love Athletics (:

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday we did Athletics. We did long jump, (up the top) high jump, ball throw,200 metre sprint and 100 metre sprint. I came second in both sprint races.

Our Awesome trip To The Museum

11/8/2021

Hi Everyone,

Today we went to the Museum to learn about hue and Maori Instruments. Aunty Ora (the Teacher that was teaching us) Played some of the Instruments for us, then told us there names. After that we sang a song with her and then she gave us some clipboards with a sheet of paper on them. She told us that she was going to play some of the Instruments music on spotify. In the end I got all of them right! Next she said that we were going to try out some of the instruments. it worked out great and a few kids made them make a noise.Then she said we could have go to make our own Puririhua which is a instrument that you swing around in the air and it makes a buzzing sound. After that Mrs Hall Said we could look around the museum we did and there was some awesome things there! Lastly we looked in the little cottage next to the museum. There was a big TV with a program talking about the cottage. Them we jumped on the bus and went back to school.
